Advaita Vedanta is a non-dual philosophical tradition rooted in the Upanishads of India.
“Advaita” means not two. It points to the understanding that our essential nature is not separate — that beneath the changing experiences of body and mind, there is a single, unchanging awareness.
Rather than being a belief system, Advaita is a method of inquiry. It asks: Who am I, really?
Through study, reflection, and meditation, it invites recognition of the Self as whole and complete.
