Private Yoga & Meditation Classes

Personalized private yoga classes designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced students. Sessions focus on gentle hatha yoga, stretching, breathwork, relaxation, mindfulness, and overall wellbeing in a calm and supportive environment.

Classes are customized to your comfort and mobility level and may include seated movement, standing postures, meditation, and rhythmic movement inspired by Indian music and dance.

Private sessions are available for individuals or small groups of up to 3 people.

Tabla Classes in Carver, Massachusetts

Traditional North Indian tabla lessons for beginner and intermediate students taught in the classical tradition. Classes focus on foundational technique, rhythm training, hand development, repertoire, and musical understanding.

Students receive personalized one-on-one instruction in a supportive learning environment and may also join optional monthly online classes with tabla teacher Satyaprakash Mishra for continued study and guidance.

Kathak Dance Classes

Kathak dance is deeply connected to rhythm, movement, and tabla tradition. While dance classes are not currently offered through Nada Yoga Studio, the following teachers are highly recommended for students interested in studying classical Kathak dance:.
