Yoga and Tabla

Private or small Yoga Classes (up to 3 people)
Traditional Hatha Yoga classes focused on gentle stretching, calming the mind, breathing, and overall health and wellbeing. These sessions move at a steady, mindful pace and are suitable for beginners as well as those looking to deepen their practice.
You are welcome to bring a friend or small group and schedule a time that works for you.
60 minutes — $40 per person
Available: Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Tabla Classes in Carver, Massachusetts
Individual instruction for beginner to intermediate students in the classical tradition of Tabla, focusing on foundational technique, rhythm, and repertoire.
In-person lessons — 45 minutes — $40
Students should bring their own tabla set or inquire about renting an instrument. Students also have the option to join a monthly online class with my teacher, Satyaprakash Mishra, for deeper study and guidance.
Available: Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Meditation Classes
These meditation sessions draw on Vedanta and traditional contemplative techniques that cultivate stillness, clarity, and deeper awareness. Over time, meditation can help quiet the mind, bring greater balance to daily life, and open a new perspective on how we experience the world.
Beginners are welcome.
$20 per 30 min session
Mats, blankets, and meditation cushions are available in the studio, or you are welcome to bring your own seat.
Available: Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Kathak Dance Classes
While Kathak is closely connected to tabla and rhythm, I do not teach dance classes myself. However, I highly recommend the following outstanding teachers who share the same artistic lineage connected to my own tabla training.
• Anjali Nath — Cambridge, Massachusetts
• Meghma Banerjee — Canton, Massachusetts
• Labonee Mohanta — Bay Area, California
Each offers classes rooted in the classical tradition of Kathak.
