Where is Nada Yoga Studio located?

Nada Yoga Studio is located in Carver, Massachusetts, directly above The Country Groomer and next to Carver School of Rock.

Parking is available directly in front of the building. When you arrive, head up the stairs and turn right to enter the studio. Currently there is no elevator available in the building. On-site classes may be available for anyone not able to take the stairs.


What should I know before my first class?

Please allow an additional 15 minutes before your first session for a brief introduction, paperwork, and discussion about your goals, comfort level, and any mobility considerations.

Shoes are removed before entering the studio to help maintain a peaceful and clean practice space.


What amenities are available in the studio?

The studio includes:

Fans during warmer months (please note the studio does not currently have air conditioning)
A restroom on the same floor
A private changing area
Yoga mats, cushions, pillows, chairs, and blankets available for use
Only bottled water is permitted inside the studio space.


What types of classes do you offer?

Nada Yoga Studio offers:

Private and semi-private yoga and meditation sessions
Beginner and intermediate tabla lessons
Small group sessions and on-site wellness classes for larger groups

All sessions are personalized to your comfort level, goals, and mobility needs.


Do I need experience in yoga, meditation, music, or dance?

No experience is necessary. Beginners are always welcome.

Classes are designed to be supportive and accessible for all levels, including those new to yoga, movement, rhythm, meditation, or Indian music.


Are classes low-impact?

Yes. Sessions are designed to be gentle and adaptable, with seated and standing options available. Rhythm Flow Yoga focuses especially on low-impact movement that supports balance, coordination, flexibility, relaxation, and mental focus.

Do I need to sit on the floor?

No. Many sessions can be practiced fully seated in a chair or with minimal floor work depending on your comfort and mobility.


How much do classes cost?

Pricing depends on the type of session, class length, frequency, and whether sessions are private or group-based.

Most classes generally begin at $25 and up.

Do you offer group classes or workshops?

Yes. While the studio itself is designed for private sessions or very small groups, mobile classes and workshops are available for groups of 8 or more at wellness centers, community spaces, schools, senior centers, and private events.


What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing is recommended. Mats, meditation cushions, blankets, and chairs are available in the studio, though you are always welcome to bring your own.

Tabla students should bring their own instrument or inquire about rental options.
